What that work looks like
Most projects arrive as one of a few shapes: a store that needs to convert better, a business that needs a proper web presence, a product that needs a front-to-back build, or an internal tool that needs to work offline. I take each one from scoping through delivery.
I work directly with founders, agencies, and business owners — usually as the single technical owner of the project. That means clear communication, staged delivery, and code that holds up after handover.

Shopify storefronts
Designed and built custom Shopify stores (SoFyre, Cheech and Chong, RexiPets, Happy Being) — Liquid theme work, product pages, upsells, subscriptions, and conversion-focused layout.
Next.js travel platform
Built Terra Pakistan as a Next.js platform with React and Tailwind CSS — destination pages, trip planning, visa support, responsive UI, and search-focused metadata.
Desktop applications
Built offline desktop tools for retail and hospitality with Python and Django — a point-of-sale system with billing, and a hotel management dashboard with booking and analytics.
Business websites
Delivered responsive corporate and business sites (MAS Corporates, Gilgit Adventure Treks) with booking and content pages built for clarity and search visibility.
